Veterinarians
Dr. Liz Russell graduated from Tufts Veterinary School in 1996 and has worked in many aspects of veterinary medicine. She worked for two years with horses in Pennsylvania, but decided to move back to Boston to be closer to friends and family. She worked in West Bridgewater for the next 9 years. For 5 years, she worked in an emergency and critical care clinic caring for pets with serious illness and trauma before switching to the general care arm of the practice where she practiced for 4 years.
Dr. Sainte, (previously known as Dr. Clark) first joined the Healthy Paws team as a technician back in 2012. Before working as one of our start technicians, she graduated from UConn with a B.S. in Animal Science in 2011 and then graduated from Tufts Veterinary School in 2015. After graduation she came back to Healthy Paws to work as one of our veterinarians. She enjoys time with her rescue dog and cat- Savannah and Molly. Her professional interests include feline, shelter, and internal medicine.
Dr. Fullerton graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She was always excited to be a general practitioner and spent her time focusing on internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. She was the Bayer Communication Award recipient for her class and enjoys creating lasting relationships with her clients and their pets. She previously worked at small animal general practices in Cambridge and Holliston and is happy to find a new home here in Westborough.
Dr. Andreassi attended Wellesley College where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. In 2012 she obtained a Master of Science degree in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University, where her area of focus was animal welfare and the human animal bond. She graduated from Tufts University’s Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and received the AAHA award for excellence in primary care.
Dr. Bolduc’s veterinary career path started at 13 years old with her first job as kennel worker in her hometown of North Reading Massachusetts. Her journey has included working as a vet tech, receptionist and office manager on the way to getting her DVM degree. She earned her B.S. in Animal Science at Cornell University in 1996 and her Doctorate from THE Ohio State University in 2003. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and treats each of their pets like her own.
Veterinary Technicians
Laurelyn graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelors degree in Biology in 2018. She spends her free time going on adventures with her rescue dog, Koda, and her horse Jackson.
Kaejah knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field since the age of five. She started her journey as a veterinary receptionist 6 years ago & worked her way up to becoming a veterinary technician, first specializing in exotics and integrative medicine. Kaejah is passionate in her work & tries to make every patient happy. She is often referred to as the animal whisperer, as she is intuitive to animals' behaviors & emotions. Kaejah aspires to pursue her certification as a CVT.
Glen obtained a B.A. in Biology & Psychology from Aurora University. His career has included a variety of animal related positions- from dolphin training/medical care to Tufts oncology. He shares his home with his wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs and cat.
Katie has worked at Healthy Paws for 3 years. Prior to joining our team, Katie worked with animals her whole life including at a research lab, a zoo, and her first job in a barn at age 10. In her free time she can be found spending time with her cat, Grover, and working towards her aspirations to attend vet school!
Brittany has been a veterinary technician for over 15 years and specializes in surgery at Healthy Paws. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, playing with her dog Lilo, and vacationing at the beach.
Sara graduated from UMass Amherst with a pre-vet degree in 2022. In her free time you can catch her playing with her dog Daisy and bird Nala. She also enjoys reading and watching musical theater.
Katie has worked as a veterinary technician for over 3 years. Before that, she worked in shelters & animal hospitals as a marketing assistant. Katie enjoys combining her marketing skills with her passion for animals, and works as both a vet tech & marketing lead at Healthy Paws. In her free time, she can be found spoiling her dog Remy and her two cats, Prescott and Salem.
Tom joined the Healthy Paws team as a technician and our resident goofball in 2022 while he works toward earning his DVM at Tufts University. When he's not drowning in his studies, you will likely find him raving about fast cars, playing the latest board games, or in the kitchen refining his signature dish, the Tomadilla.
Katy has been working as a veterinary technician since 2003. She keeps herself very busy with pet sitting and taking care of her two children, Patrick and Nora. She takes great pleasure enjoying her partner’s cooking and traveling home to Scotland to see her family.
Technician Assistants
Crystal has dreamed of working with animals her entire life and Healthy Paws is her first venture into veterinary medicine. She is loving it and already considering schooling options! In her free time, Crystal enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with pets.
Morgan graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2018 and has worked in medical offices ever since. She has 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine and enjoys Pugs & Pomeranians the most. In her free time, Morgan is found spending time with her birds and going to rock concerts.
Client Care Specialists
Drew has been working as a veterinary receptionist for 2 years. In her free time she helps around her family's farm and goes on adventures with her rescue dog Swazie.
Violet has been in the field for a few years and loves learning new things everyday. When she's not here she can be found working on her professional sport photography business, playing sports, and having fun with her 3 dogs.
Laura has worked in small animal veterinary medicine since 2004. Laura's experience includes animals of all sizes. She previously managed a horse farm, and she now shares her home with her dog, cat and rats.

Orthopedic Specialist
Healthy Paws works with board certified orthopedic specialist on a scheduled as needed basis. Dr. McCarthy is a veterinary surgeon specializing in both orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. Ultrasound Specialist
Dr. Josh Gidlewski, Healthy Paws utilizes mobile board certified specialist Dr. Josh Gidlewski, DVM, DACVIM (cardiology). Dr. Gidlewski offers diagnostics including echocardiograms and abdominal ultrasounds for our patients on an outpatient basis.
